Next, UNTURNING STEEL recruits Skillbridge-eligible transitioning service members specifically for your needs, taking into account our service members' own search criteria; interests, experience, desired locations, and other attributes.

UNTURNING STEEL then meticulously matches qualified service members with manufacturing opportunities that satisfy both sides' needs, significantly increasing the likelihood of lifelong employment in manufacturing.

UNTURNING STEEL
Once matched, our service members undergo our university-accredited manufacturing curriculum, dedicating over three months to completing a continuous improvement project at your manufacturing facility. Throughout this journey, UNTURNING STEEL coaches provide unwavering guidance and support.

University Certification
To earn their certification, our students must showcase their successes through the submittal of a comprehensive case study to the University of Tennessee - Knoxville for approval. Each project is expected to generate an ROI of at least $250,000.

Upon certification, our service members can accept an offer from their host company. Our mission is to ensure that both the service member and the manufacturer enter a productive and valuable partnership that sets the conditions for a transition and mutually beneficial relationships.
